Gluten Free Sourdough Classes and Online Tutorials
Making sourdough bread is an art.
There are skills to be learned and honed.
Please read this page carefully.
Recipes for living gluten free sourdough tutorials can only be purchased directly from RecipesforLiving. Although they are online, the tutorials are personal, and individual. It is necessary for you to contact RecipesforLiving with any questions you have, and to make arrangements for tuition BEFORE you purchase this tutorial.
This gluten free sourdough bread is made using a dough, not a batter. You can shape the dough to produce the usual bread shapes found in artisan breads, batard, baguette, boule, etc
Classes and Tutorials are only available by appointment.
When you purchase a tutorial, you will receive recipes and personal tutoring. You will make your own starter culture, and you will be coached to make your own sourdough bread, in your own kitchen.
The RecipesforLiving method for making gluten free sourdough does not require fancy equipment or exotic ingredients.
In this tutorial you will learn to make sourdough bread that is:
gluten free,
lactose free (I do have some excellent sourdough recipes that use dairy, if you are interested in learning these, please ask about them),
corn free,
potato free, and
gum free.
Student numbers are limited to ensure you receive personal attention. Please be patient if there is a waiting list to learn.
